General Terms and Conditions
1. The following cancellation policy only applies if the customer is a consumer as per § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. if the order is concluded for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either commercial or self-employed activity. The cancellation policy does not apply to products purchased locally from OBB GmbH.
2. Consumers have the right to cancel their contract within 14 days without specifying a reason. The cancellation period starts from the day the customer or a third party nominated by them, who is not a carrier, takes possession of the goods and/or concludes the contract in the case of a service.
In order to exercise their right to cancel, the customer must notify OBB GmbH, Stegermattstraße 11, 77652 Offenburg, tel: +49 (0)781/9276-600, email: info@freizeitbad-stegermatt.de of their decision to cancel their contract by means of clear declaration (e.g. letter, fax, email). The customer may use the attached sample cancellation form for this (Paragraph 4 of the cancellation policy), but is not obliged to do so. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to submit the notification for exercising their right to cancel before the end of the cancellation period.
3. According to § § 312g Para. 2 Sentence 1 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right to cancel does not apply when booking events, when purchasing a single ticket for a specific date and when booking wellness treatments for a specific date.
